Description

Amazon Bold, unreduced single malt from a new Skye distillery, featuring traditional wooden washbacks and copper stills for extra depth. Limited release to close the Allt Gleann chapter of the Legacy Series; high-strength, signature style. Torabhaig The Legacy Series #2 Batch Strength Allt Gleann Single Malt Scotch 61.1% ABV Nose: Bonfire smoke and peat mingle with a delicate sweetness, while vanilla-led oak spice threads warmth through the aroma, inviting and refined. Palate: On the palate, weighty smoke and maritime salinity drive a malt-forward profile, edged by robust wood spice. Subtle grain, capsicum, and green apple lift the sweetness, while peat embers glow and a touch of cedar and sawdust adds structure. Finish: More oaky spice with a tickle of fire.
