SMOOTH TASTE - Shochu with a wonderful aroma and a smooth taste. It was created using the Ginjo Jiuqu production technology for distilled liqueur and home-grown yeast. Enjoy the rich ginjo incense. GINJO BREWING PROCESS - To capture the ginjo sake aroma in shochu, Yamada Nishiki rice was polished to 58% and fermented slowly at low temperatures, using yellow koji (common in ginjo sake production). It was then distilled under reduced pressure for a light, delicate aroma. AWARDED SHOCHU - Made with Rice. Gold medal at Monde Selection Brussels 1996. HOW TO DRINK - Can drink it ice-chilled, straight, or on the rocks with crushed ice. However, it is not suitable for mixing with hot water. PRODUCT OF JAPAN
