Toupret Exterior Skimcoat Filler is designed to smooth damaged masonry and render surfaces to a ready-to-paint finish. It provides strong adhesion to masonry, cement, concrete, plaster, mortars and renders, making it ideal for large surface areas due to its smooth application and durable, weather‑resistant formula. The product has a 6-hour working time and becomes paintable after 24 to 48 hours, with a white colour when dry. It can be applied manually or with a spray machine, and can be overcoated with all types of water-based masonry or conventional paints. When using polyurethane or epoxy solvent-based paints, priming with a water-based exterior paint is recommended. Tools such as a trowel, blade or filling knife are suitable, and tools should be cleaned with water after use.
