Toupret Tough Multi-Filler is an exterior, all-in-one filler with a fibre-reinforced formula that provides strong adhesion and versatility for filling, shaping, and leveling. It is suitable for a range of substrates, including gypsum plaster, old painted surfaces, cement, concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones, glass, and glazed tiles. The product resists shrinkage and cracking, allows deep filling, and can be overcoated after 24 hours with standard water-based masonry paint or mineral paint. For solvent-based paints such as polyurethane or epoxy, priming with a water-based exterior paint is recommended. The filler is designed for easy application, smooth sanding, and a flush finish.

Technical details

Application Method: Manual or Spray Machine. Min/Max thickness: 1.5 mm to 5 mm. Working Time: 40 minutes. Ready to Paint Time: 24 hours. Colour when Dry: White. Adhesion Strength (EN 16-566): > 0.8 MPa. Coverage: Approximately 1100 g/m² at 1 mm. Weight: 2 kg. Recommended Temperature: 5°C to 35°C. Relative Humidity: Below 80%. Surfaces: Gypsum plaster, old painted surfaces, cement, concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones, glass, and glazed tiles. Notes: Can be overcoated with any standard water-based masonry paint or mineral paint after 24 hours. If using polyurethane or epoxy solvent-based paints, first prime with a water-based exterior paint.
