The TOX PSD-SL is designed for maximum load-bearing capacity, providing a robust anchor that distributes weight effectively across a larger surface area behind the board. Its intelligent design ensures a straightforward, frustration-free installation process, saving you valuable time and effort on any project. The unique geometry of the plug prevents it from spinning in the drill hole during screw-in, a common issue with inferior plugs that can damage the wall surface and compromise the fix. Furthermore, the wide collar sits flush against the wall surface, preventing the plug from being pushed too far into the cavity and creating a clean, professional finish.Main Features:The TOX PSD-SL 8x70 mm wall plug stands out due to its advanced functional design, optimized specifically for board materials. At the core of its performance is its function as a parallel expandable plug. Upon tightening the screw, the plug expands evenly and powerfully behind the panel, creating a large, secure clamping area that provides exceptional pull-out resistance. This mechanism makes it the ideal choice for demanding applications. The design incorporates effective anti-rotation locks that engage with the drill hole, guaranteeing the plug remains static for easy and secure screw insertion. This feature is critical for maintaining the integrity of the substrate material, especially in softer boards like plasterboard. Its suitability for pre-positioned installation allows you to mount the fixture and the plug in a single, efficient step, streamlining your workflow. This fixing is engineered to solve the specific challenges of hollow wall applications, from hanging kitchen cabinets and shelving units to securing light fixtures and curtain rods.
