Traditional Fruit Pudding Complete Mix 1kg (with 2 Free Casings)

A complete fruit pudding mix loaded with pimento, cinnamon and ginger. Mix pudding mix with beef suet. Add currants, sultanas and mixed peel. Slowly add water and mix until a sticky consistency. Loosely fill into casings or muslin to allow for expansion. Steam or boil for 50-60 mins and allow to cool before slicing.
