At the core of this one-man fishing tent is the famous patented hinge block, making set-up easy and fast. Set-up time, usability and functionality are further enhanced with the patented Rapid Knuckle System, which locks all five main ribs in one effortless motion. Simple, secure and strong, setting up your shelter has never been easier. Additional enhancements to the Rapid Shelter include a built-in canopy to minimize water infiltration into and around the door. This canopy can even be enlarged further for even more protection with the addition of a Skull Cap. The back of the shelter has been made flatter than its predecessor, striking an optimal balance between internal storage space and aerodynamics that will make it easier to fit on the smallest cuttings. Airflow through the shelter has been improved with Adaptive Ventilation® on six vents (four in the back and two in the front), allowing airflow even when it rains. To stay cooler in the summer, the four rear windows can be fixed to create shaded areas, which, when used in conjunction with a Skull Cap, can lower internal temperatures by several degrees. For optimal storage, there are four internal pockets, two on each side and two in the front. Those in the front have a hanging loop where you can store essential items, such as your receiver or even your jacket for when you need to quickly get out of your shelter for a take in inclement weather.
