KEEP HEAT AND COLD: It can be used in a variety of settings such as in the home or office and for a variety of hot and cold drinks – tea, coffee, juice, water etc., keeping cold drinks cold for up to 9 hours and hot drinks at a perfect drinking temperature for up to 12 hours. EASY TO CLEAN: Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge only. Avoid abrasive brushes. For odour removal, fill with hot water and 2 tbsp bicarbonate of soda, leave for 12 hours, then rinse and clean as usual. CARE AND USE: For optimal performance, preheat or pre-cool the product before use to keep your drinks at the perfect temperature for longer. The glass ampoule is designed to stay in place, only remove it if it’s broken or damaged and needs replacing. PREVENT LEAKING: To prevent leaks, do not fill the flask completely to the top. Before each use, ensure both the drinking stopper at the top and the removable base at the bottom are firmly screwed on. These threaded parts can loosen naturally with everyday use, so please tighten both ends regularly.
