Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Recommended intake: The recommended daily dose is 4 capsules. Take a single serving of the product – 2 capsules – with 300 ml of water.
