It uses monocrystalline diamonds to deliver fast, clean stock removal and excellent sharpening performance on chisels, plane irons, knives, and other tools. The stone features a plastic ABS folding handle that protects the diamond surface when not in use and an oval hole design to collect and hold metal residue during use. Coarse and fine grits provide rapid sharpening and fine honing, suitable for carpentry, cabinet making, and general edge restoration. For best results and tool longevity, use with Trend lapping fluid to prevent clogging or rusting and to keep tools clean.
