Trend Mortise and Tenon Jig MT/JIG

The Trend Mortice & Tenon Jig MT/JIG is designed to cut mortice, tenons, and dowel joints using a router. It supports joints in cabinets, chairs, and tables, offering a one set-up system for both mortice and tenon to ensure precise, well-fitting results. The jig is fully adjustable for compound angle joints up to 45º, and its reversible templates enable production of round or square end tenons as well as accurate dowelling applications. Mortice and tenon sizes range from 1/4 in (6.35 mm) to 5/8 in (15.9 mm). Material thickness supported is 12–47 mm, with tenon thickness from 4.8 to 16 mm. The angle tilt is -10º to 45º. A Unibase may be required for certain router models. The jig features CNC precision manufactured plates and body. Guide bushes are included, while cutters are required for operation. The standard 5/8 inch diameter straight cutter (Ref. C026) is used for all tenons. The width of the tenon is adjusted by using different guide bush diameters.
