The TREND C150X1/4 Raised Panel bit is designed to craft beautifully shaped raised panels for cabinet doors and similar wood surfaces. It features a 12mm radius to create dimension and a professional finish. The cutter is Tungsten carbide tipped with 2.0mm micro-granular tips for durability, and it has a PTFE non-stick coating to reduce friction and resin buildup. The tip face is polished to 800-grit to ensure precision and a smooth cut. Longer shanks accommodate both handheld and table routers, and visible safety markings provide shank-positioning guidance for safer operation. This bit is suitable for natural timber and MDF and is intended for use in a router table setup, enabling controlled, multi-pass finishing.
