Trend UNI/CS Countersink

Trend UNI/CS Countersink is a shell-style 90° countersink made from carbon steel, designed to deliver a clean cut finish via multi-tooth deep ground gullets. It is recommended for woodworking on wood and man-made boards and can function as a non-cutting depth stop when reversed on the drill. Drills are not included with the countersink. The tool clamps onto a drill bit between 3.0 mm and 7.2 mm in diameter, using two hex bolts to secure the body and align flutes for precise countersinking. This countersink is not suitable for abrasive materials or metals and should not be overtightened during installation.

Usage

Recommended for wood and man-made boards. By reversing the countersink on the drill, it can be used as a non-cutting depth stop. Ensure the drill flutes are aligned with the countersink flutes and do not overtighten the securing screws. Not suitable for production applications or metals. Drills are not included.
