The ZIPBOLT Standard Worktop Connector Kit is designed for worktops 26–40 mm thick, suitable for laminated chipboard and solid wood. Engineered by kitchen installers for kitchen installers, this kit streamlines worktop joining with a unique patented design that is over four times faster to fit than conventional bolts. The package includes a 5 mm Hex driver bit and three Trend No.20 biscuits for quick installation. The connector features a heat-treated end plate to withstand high torque and a zinc-plated steel construction for long-lasting strength and rust protection. Its robust geared head, driven by a 5 mm Hex bit, enables easy tightening with one hand using a drill/driver, securing worktops in seconds. ZIPCLIPS securely hold the bolt in the routed recess, while flexible wings help keep the assembly in place during installation.
