When you use it for the first time until the water enters the circuit while the pump absorbs, you hear noises and there is no steam coming out, but it does not come out at all. Secondly, when it has been used and no longer steam comes out, it is advisable to add anti-calcium deposits to the water to clean the circuit. (Don't use it with clothing during this process until everything is removed, of course) 1. Make sure that the water tank is filled between the minimum and high.2. Remove the water tank and check the small gray ball (see photo) that is near the water intake. 3. Try to roll the small ball gently with your finger. There may be an air bubble in the device's water intake hose. Gently shake the device up and down while pressing the steam button to remove the air bubble (be careful, the device may suddenly start vaping). After the air bubble is removed, the device should start steaming.
