This simple yet incredibly effective front fender is strategically shaped to shield you from the constant barrage of water, mud, and trail debris thrown up by your front wheel. It significantly reduces the amount of dew and mud thrown towards your face and eyes, allowing you to maintain focus, improve your line choice, and ride with greater safety and comfort. Say goodbye to squinting through grit and enjoy uninterrupted vision on every challenging ride.Protect Your Investment and Save MoneyBeyond keeping you clean, the CXGuard plays a crucial role in preventative maintenance. It acts as a vital barrier, stopping high-velocity spray from directly hitting your bike´s sensitive lower headset bearings and fork seals. By deflecting this damaging grit and water, it dramatically increases the durability and lifespan of these critical components. This proactive protection means fewer workshop visits, less frequent replacements, and more money saved in the long run.Main FeaturesSmart, Versatile DesignEngineered for maximum compatibility, the CXGuard is the perfect front fender for modern bike setups. It is specifically designed for use with both disc brakes and traditional cantilevered brake systems, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of cyclocross bikes and adapting seamlessly to many disc-equipped road and gravel bikes. To ensure flawless integration, we've incorporated a clever cable relief section on both sides of the RRP logo, allowing brake cables to pass through without interference or rubbing.Ultra-Lightweight PerformancePrecision-engineered for the performance-oriented rider, the CXGuard adds virtually no weight to your bike. Tipping the scales at a mere 22 grams, it provides all the benefits of a mudguard without any of the weight penalty. Its feather-light construction ensures that your bike´s handling, agility, and climbing ability remain completely unaffected, making it ideal for competitive racing and spirited MTB cycling-inspired adventures where every gram counts.Simple and Secure InstallationGet protected and ready to ride in minutes. The mounting process for the CXGuard Front Fender is brilliantly straightforward. Simply fold the durable fender along its designated creases and slide it into position under the fork crown.
