TRUDESIGN Flange Mounting Tank Level Sensor | Accurate & Reliable MonitoringExperience unparalleled accuracy and reliability in tank level monitoring with the TRUDESIGN Flange Mounting Tank Level Sensor. Engineered for the demanding marine environment, this premium electronic instrument eliminates the common failures and frustrations associated with traditional float-style senders. Say goodbye to jammed mechanisms, corroded parts, and inaccurate readings. This advanced sensor provides precise, real-time data for your fuel, fresh water, or waste holding tanks, giving you complete peace of mind on the water. Its innovative design ensures long-lasting performance without any direct contact with the tank´s contents, making it the superior choice for any vessel. The key to its exceptional performance lies in its state-of-the-art, non-contact measurement technology. Because there are no moving parts to stick, wear out, or get fouled by debris or sludge, this sensor delivers consistent and dependable readings trip after trip. It is the ideal upgrade for boat owners seeking a ´fit and forget´ solution for critical system monitoring.Key Benefits:* Ultimate Reliability: With no moving internal components, the risk of mechanical failure, jamming, or fouling is completely eliminated, ensuring flawless operation in all conditions.* Pinpoint Accuracy: Utilizes advanced technology to measure tank levels without physical contact, providing highly accurate and repeatable data that you can trust.* Versatile Application: Perfectly suited for monitoring a wide range of liquids, including diesel, petrol, fresh water, and black water, making it a single solution for all your tanks.* Effortless Installation: Designed to mount on a standard SAE 5-hole flange pattern, allowing for a quick and simple upgrade or replacement of existing, less reliable sensors.* Seamless Integration: Fully compatible with standard marine gauges and NMEA2000 systems (via a converter), ensuring it works harmoniously with your existing electronic instruments.Main Features:* Advanced capacitive measurement technology for non-contact level detection.* Smart Teach-In function allows easy, two-point calibration for ´Empty´ and ´Full´ levels, accommodating irregular tank shapes.* Integrated LED status indicator for visual feedback during calibration and operation.* Designed to work on both 12V and 24V DC electrical systems.* Standard SAE 5-hole flange mounting pattern for universal compatibility.* Factory pre-calibrated for common resistance ranges but is fully adjustable. These electronic sensors represent a significant leap forward in marine instrumentation. By mounting on the top of the tank, it measures the contents from above, ensuring nothing intrudes into the tank itself. This outside-in approach is what makes it so robust and immune to the issues that plague conventional float arms, especially in waste holding tanks. Upgrade your vessel with a monitoring solution that matches the quality and reliability of your other high-end electronics.Technical Specifications:* Measurement Principle: Capacitive* Operating Voltage: 12V / 24V DC* Mounting Standard: SAE 5-hole flange* Maximum Tank Depth: 2 meters (6.5 feet)* 240-33 Ohm (US Standard) * 10-180 Ohm (European Standard)* Suitability: Diesel, Petrol, Water, Waste Water Tanks. tradeinn Waveinn
