It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and recyclable. Ubiflex offers no resale value as scrap, but it benefits installers by being 80% lighter than lead, improving handling, structural integrity, and safety. Ubiflex installs 50% faster than lead and is fully malleable, working in both directions and self-sealing if punctured.
