Zero Alcohol Wine Aromas of fresh raspberries and blackcurrants. Lively with a full body and a wonderful finish of red berries. Uby Osmose is a non-alcoholic fermented beverage made from grapes of Gascony. The wine is gently dealcoholized using a vacuum process at low temperatures. A small amount of must is then added to restore freshness and vibrancy to the dealcoholized wine. The turtle is no accident as UBY’s emblem. At the heart of the estate, the UBY pond is a rare, protected haven where the European Pond Turtle still survives. This endangered species, whose habitat is disappearing across mainland France, depends on carefully preserved ecosystems like this one.
