Undisclosed Islay Infrequent Flyers Single Oloroso Sherry Cask #807402 18 year old 53.7% ABV Nose: Baked peach and cranberries, with lovely sweet, smoky undertones. A hint of blood orange, and a little cracked black pepper. Nicely poised. Palate: Islay peat and sweet Oloroso, what an eternally alluring combination. Bog myrtle over smouldering embers, with contrasting dark chocolate, stewed sultanas and Amarena cherries, plus a bonus cinnamon cameo. It all comes together rather nicely. Nuff Produced in Scotland
