Union 2294 Mortice Bathroom Lock Polished Brass 76mm 3in

This polished brass mortice bathroom lock is designed for timber doors hinged on either side, suitable for doors up to 54 mm thick. It is a two-lever mortice sashlock offering a reversible 11 mm latchbolt operated by lever handles from either side, compatible with lightweight knobs or sprung handles. The lock supports turn and emergency release functions, allowing the deadbolt to be controlled from inside, with separate mechanisms (not supplied) for outside operation. The case measures 76 mm by 102 mm with a backset of 57 mm and a centre distance of 57 mm from the follower to the keyhole, and it is finished with a matching polished brass strike plate. The design is not suitable for unsprung lever handles and is not intended for bolt-through fixing. It combines a fixed deadbolt with a latch for versatile operation and security levels described by lever count.
