It is made of nylon for a quieter closing action and finished in silver enamel for durability and aesthetics. The latch features a case size of 64mm (2.5 inches) with a backset of 44.5mm and is compatible with handles that have a backset of 44.5/45mm. It is not suitable for use with unsprung lever handles.
