Uvex 1 safety shoes provide protection across protection classes S1 P and S3, designed to support the body’s movements and reduce work-related stresses on the musculoskeletal system. The ergonomic construction balances protection and comfort, featuring a 100% metal-free uvex xenova toe cap that is compact, anatomically formed, non-thermally conductive, and offers good side stability. The outsole is built from dual density polyurethane to deliver excellent slip resistance, while a medial and lateral heel support with a specially designed side frame helps protect the ankle, stabilise the foot, and guide movement during impact. Climazone technology enhances wearer comfort, and the seamless design minimizes pressure points and dirt buildup. The shoes are compatible with chrome allergies by using synthetic materials, and the insoles are removable, shock-absorbing, durable, and ergonomic. The product also features non-metallic midsole penetration resistance and an ESD specification with a bleeder resistor under 35 megaohms.
