PROTECTION: The lashing straps protect e.g. your kayak or SUP board from annoying scratches when tightened on a car roof rack with a underlaid foam (neoprene) pad and plastic coated cambuckle. FEATURES: The tension straps have a bevelled strap end which makes it easier to thread them into the quick release buckle. The attached strap is elastic and sewn with Velcro. The rolled-up tie-down strap is thus held together and can be stowed in the boot. DATA: The kayak straps are 3.5 meters long and the strap is 25mm wide. Tested according to european norm DIN EN 12195-2 (allows commercial use in Europe). Strapping tensile force 500Kg - straight tractive force 250Kg. The webbing is made of sturdy polyester.
