Valquer® Toning Shampoo contains malakite, a green mineral with a diamond-like shine that, in cosmetics, is known for its shine-enhancing properties, as well as its antioxidant and detoxifying activity. Hair Benefits. The formula includes numerous other beneficial ingredients for hair, such as: Panthenol, which provides shine and a conditioning effect while repairing damaged hair; Vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant; and Oligosaccharides, which soften and repair damaged cuticles, leaving hair shiny and hydrated. Furthermore, it differs from most toning shampoos in that it is free of sulfates, salt, parabens, silicones, and MIT. WARNINGS: Do not apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.
