Varilight YT50LZ - Dimmable Low Voltage Transformer - 50W - White

Varilight low voltage transformers are designed to power MR16 lighting, including MR16 halogens and MR16 LEDs that require a 12V AC input. Available in a wattage range from 50W to 210W, these transformers include Varilight Z type models which have no minimum load, a feature that can simplify compatibility with a variety of lighting configurations. The electronics are built to provide dimmable operation, including an electronic transformer rated for 0-50VA with trailing leads. A soft-start function gradually brings lights up to full brightness when switched on, helping to extend lamp life. These transformers are suitable for 12V AC LEDs up to a maximum of 25W and feature 2 input leads and 2 output leads for straightforward wiring.
