This self-lubricating material dramatically reduces friction as the rollers move within the variator ramps. The result is exceptionally smooth and consistent shifting, which eliminates the common issue of rollers developing flat spots that lead to jerky acceleration and power loss. This low-friction operation not only enhances performance but also significantly reduces wear on both the rollers and the variator ramp plates, extending the service life of your entire transmission assembly and making it a sustainable, long-term investment for your vehicle.
