That is why it chooses its collaborators and it chose four Cretan grape varieties in order to create these balsamic vinegars and Carob Syrup. To create these balsamic vinegars with Thyme Honey and Merlin Orange, these four Cretan grape varieties have been matured in wooden barrels and combined with the respective ingredients. So, this combination creates unique balsamic vinegar with extremely sweety and velvety taste giving a touch of luxury to our dishes. Those Balsamic Vinegars can be used for marinades and as dressing. You can also drizzle over cheese, vegetables and cooked dishes, fruit or ice cream for extra sparkle, which you will love it.
