Complex Ageing for Exceptional Balance: Aged for 11 months in French and American oak barrels and amphorae, then refined for 30 months in bottle to achieve depth and freshness. Exceptional Vintage Conditions: 2021 delivered ideal ripening conditions and low yields of just 3,000 kg/ha, resulting in concentrated fruit and refined structure.
