VEWERK 115mm FLAP DISC 80 GRIT ZIRCONIUM Zirconium Oxide, For rapid grinding of special steels highly resistant, cast iron, stainless steels, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and its alloys For freehand grinding with Electric, Cordless or Pneumatic angle grinders. Flap Discs are typically used for metal grinding due to their long life and are considered safer than bonded abrasive grinding discs because they are lighter so less vibration and less likely to shatter if damaged. These robust flap discs are used to grind edges and surfaces, dressing and smoothing, deburring and for weld seam processing.
