History: The Spartan Hoplite stood at the centre of Laconian military tradition—a professional soldier from a warrior society. From Thermopylae to the Peloponnesian War, these men trained rigorously from youth in the agoge system, mastering phalanx warfare and discipline. Armed with the aspis shield and dory spear, and clad in bronze and red cloaks, Spartans inspired fear and admiration throughout the Greek world. Their long hair, worn as a symbol of pride and readiness for battle, became part of their feared image. This Victrix set brings the formidable precision and heritage of Sparta to your tabletop with exceptional detail and customisation.
