Aroma: Intense sweet and dry raspberries. Taste: A true representation of real raspberries not the confected or synthetic flavour we’ve become accustomed to. Residual sugar sweetness, dry, natural acidity almost tannic. Perfectly balanced with a hint of raspberry leaf on the finish. Virtuous Raspberry is unlike commercial raspberry vodkas. It’s brilliantly interchangeable with ‘Pink’ Gin. Clover Club: 45ml Virtuous Raspberry shaken with 5 raspberries, 15ml Lillet rose, 10ml Supasawa, 15ml Egg white, 5ml sugar syrup (2:1). Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
