ZIRCON RAPID CEMENT: Vitcas zircon rapid is a two-part cement consisting of a very high-quality powder which is mixed together with a solution to form a brush coating paste or to a putty consistency. HEAT RESISTANT: This zircon rapid setting cement can with stand high heat temperatures. Can resist up to 1750°C / 3180°F. APPLICATIONS: Vitcas zircon rapid setting cement can be used for applications such as Repairing investment shells in the investment casting industry and Element bedding (into a ceramic block). RAPID SETTING TIME: This cement takes only 5minutes to set. The short working time and setting time facilitates easy construction without wasting time for waiting for the materials to get set. DIRECTION FOR APPLICATION: For element bedding, it can be mixed to a pouring consistency and poured into a mould embedding the elements into a rapid setting ceramic block.
