INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Firmly hold a piece of VITIS fluoride mint dental adhesive tape approximately 40-50 cm long between the index and middle fingers of each hand, leaving approximately 2-3 cm free between them. Insert the dental floss between your teeth with a gentle cutting motion. When the floss reaches the gumline, curve it towards one of the teeth and gently insert it into the space between the gum and tooth until you feel resistance (never apply forcefully). Repeat the process with all teeth using a clean piece of dental floss for each.
