Vortex Switchback Carbon Tripod Kit

Designed for hunters and competitive shooters, the Switchback Carbon Fiber Tripod is perfect for those who need a compact, yet super-stable platform for precision shooting and backcountry glassing while weighing only 4.6 pounds. With a 44 pound max load; the Switchback can easily support heavy rifles, large binoculars, and spotting scopes. Compatible with all Arca-Swiss standard quick-release systems, so you can switch from glassing to long-range shooting mode in seconds. Three-angle leg pivot locks allow you to change the angle of the legs, in order to get the legs up high or low to the ground. Intuitive, twist-lock controls on the legs allow for fast setup whether sitting, standing, or prone. The included detachable, counterweight hook can be used for stability in uneven terrain and windy conditions. For better grip depending on your terrain, you can easily switch between rubber or spiked feet. The lockable ball head provides independent pan movement and tension control for precision adjustment and 35 degrees of tilt.
