At the pinnacle of these necromechanical artificers stands the warcaster, Master Necrosurgeon Sepsira. Her army primarily consists of formidable Mechanithrall Swarms—mechanically enhanced, nearly unstoppable undead servants that fight in unison to dismantle and obliterate any opponent in their path. Supporting these mechanized thralls are the Necrosurgeon Initiates, skilled in repairing and maintaining them, and the sorcerous Skarlock Lieutenants who serve as their direct overseers. Alongside Sepsira, the malevolent Machine Wraith Dominators wreak havoc on enemy warjacks and warbeasts, carving a path for thralls to break through the enemy vanguard.
