MADE IN JAPAN – Made in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, a Japanese metalworking town known since the 17th century for its blacksmiths and tool makers. The concave cutter is hand forged: the heated steel is hammered and shaped for strength. CARE AND SAFETY – Carbon steel can rust: wipe off sap, dry after use and apply a thin coat of oil. Do not cut wire with the scissors. Sharp: keep out of reach of children.
