MINI PACK - This pack of casings is ideal for home users and contains 10 metres, which makes a 5kg batch of sausages. DIAMETER - 34/36mm diameter produces a Cumberland-style sausage. VAC PACKED AND SALTED - These hog casings come salted in a food-grade vacuum bag for ultimate protection and long-lasting shelf life. PREMIUM CASINGS - These hog casings are grade 1A casings and offer great flexibility for first-time users. INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED - A recipe and instructions are included with these casings. SOAK BEFORE USE - Simply soak these casings for 3 to 4 hours in lukewarm water then slide them onto your sausage nozzle ready for filling. By soaking them you get rid of any excess salt and hydrate them to make them flexible during the filling process. SUITABLE FOR FREEZING - These casings are fine kept in the fridge but if you want to keep them for longer they can be kept in the freezer.
