WESTIN Jerkbite SR Suspending Minnow 47g 170mmUnleash the ultimate predator magnet with the Westin Jerkbite SR, a meticulously engineered suspending minnow designed to dominate the shallow waters and provoke aggressive strikes from the largest and wariest of predators. Crafted for anglers who demand precision, versatility, and an undeniable bite-triggering action, this lure is a must-have in the tackle box of any serious pike and zander enthusiast. The Jerkbite SR, standing for Shallow Runner, is your go-to weapon when fish are feeding in the upper water column or holding over submerged weed beds and structures. Its design is a masterclass in hydrodynamics, offering a dual-action performance that you can control with your rod tip. On a steady retrieve, it exhibits a tight, tantalizing S-shaped swimming pattern that perfectly mimics a cruising baitfish. But the real magic happens when you introduce jerks and twitches. A sharp flick of the rod sends the Jerkbite darting erratically from side to side, flashing its colors and creating a panicked, wounded-prey simulation that predators find simply irresistible. One of the standout benefits of this lure is its phenomenal suspending capability. When you pause your retrieve, the Jerkbite SR doesn´t sink or rise, it hangs perfectly still in the strike zone, suspended and vulnerable. This critical pause is often when a following predator commits to the attack, resulting in explosive, rod-bending hookups. It gives you the power to tease and tempt hesitant fish into striking when other lures would have already moved out of position.Engineered for superior casting performance, the Jerkbite SR features an integrated long-cast system. Internal steel balls shift to the tail during the cast, creating an aerodynamic, bullet-like trajectory that allows you to achieve incredible distance and pinpoint accuracy, even against the wind. This means you can cover more water, reach distant holding spots, and present your lure to fish that other anglers simply can´t reach.Every detail is designed for maximum attraction and durability. The lure boasts a stunningly realistic finish with hand-painted colors, intricate scale patterns, and lifelike 3D eyes that serve as a clear strike point for predators. This visual realism, combined with its dynamic action, creates a completely convincing presentation.Key Features:* Versatile Dual-Action: Delivers an erratic, side-to-side darting action on the jerk and a stable, S-curve swimming motion on a straight retrieve.* Perfect Suspending Action: Remains neutrally buoyant and motionless on the pause, keeping the lure in the critical strike zone for longer.* Integrated Long-Cast System: Internal moving weights ensure maximum casting distance and exceptional accuracy to cover vast areas of water.* Shallow Runner (SR) Design: Expertly designed to perform in the 1-3 meter depth range, making it ideal for fishing over vegetation and shallow structures.* Hyper-Realistic Details: Features hand-painted color schemes, realistic scale patterns, and active 3D eyes for unparalleled visual appeal.* Durable Construction: Built with a robust hard body designed to withstand vicious attacks from toothy predators time and time again.* Tournament-Ready Hardware: Equipped with strong and incredibly sharp carbon steel treble hooks for a superior hook-up ratio and holding power.Technical Specifications:* Model: Jerkbite SR (Shallow Runner) Suspending* Length: 170 mm* Weight: 47 g* Size Class: 151-205 mm* Weight Class: 30-49 gr* Action: Suspending* Running Depth: 1-3 m. tradeinn Waveinn
