WESTIN Odonata Ned Creaturebait Soft Lure 2g 65mmUnleash the ultimate finesse presentation with the WESTIN Odonata Ned Creaturebait, a masterfully engineered soft lure designed to tempt the most cautious and heavily pressured predators. Born from the mind of renowned Ned rig expert and lure designer Tommy ´Big T´ Linstad, the Odonata is a hyper-realistic imitation of a dragonfly nymph, a primary food source for a vast array of gamefish. Its unique design and unparalleled action make it an indispensable tool for anglers seeking to elevate their finesse fishing game. The Odonat´s effectiveness lies in its incredibly lifelike silhouette and movement. The design begins with an oversized head, which not only provides a distinct target for predatory strikes but also simplifies rigging on your favorite Ned head jig. Following the head is a slender, segmented body featuring delicate ribs. These ribs serve a dual purpose: they displace water to create subtle, enticing vibrations and trap air bubbles upon entry, which are then released during the retrieve to simulate a living creature. What truly sets the Odonata apart is its dynamic action, even when at a complete standstill. Two large, fluttering winglets on the sides and a pair of long, hyper-sensitive antennae quiver and twitch with the slightest rod movement or underwater current. This constant, subtle motion is the key to triggering strikes from wary fish that might ignore less active baits. The lure's buoyant material ensures that when paused on the bottom with a Ned head, the tail stands straight up, perfectly mimicking the defensive or foraging posture of a real nymph. This stand-up action is a proven trigger for perch, bass, and zander.Engineered for versatility and precision, the Odonata excels in the 1-10 gr weight range, making it a premier choice for light-tackle enthusiasts. Its 10-70 mm class profile is the ideal size for a variety of finesse applications. The flat bottom design provides superior stability, allowing the lure to glide naturally on the fall and sit perfectly on the bottom. While optimized for the Ned rig—employing short hops, slow drags, or deadsticking techniques—it is also exceptionally effective on a dropshot rig, where its subtle movements can be presented at any depth. Whether you are targeting picky perch in clear water, finicky bass holding tight to structure, or sharp-eyed zander on the prowl, the Odonata Ned Creaturebait offers a presentation they simply cannot resist.Technical Specifications:* Product: Odonata Ned Creaturebait* Length: 65 mm* Weight: 2 g* Profile: Dragonfly Nymph Imitation* Buoyancy: Positive (Floating Material)* Action: Stand-up posture on a Ned head* Key Features: Oversized head, ribbed body, active winglets and antennae, flat bottom for stability* Recommended Rigging: Ned Rig, Dropshot Rig. tradeinn Waveinn
