Designed from the ground up to improve efficiency and fish safety, the W3 CR series sets a new standard for landing nets.Innovative Design for the Modern AnglerThe Catch & Release Landing Nets are packed with smart solutions and details you´ve never seen before. Every aspect of the W3 CR is meticulously crafted to solve common problems faced on the water. The strong yet lightweight design ensures it´s never a burden to carry, while its robust construction provides the confidence you need when landing a potential personal best. The secure, comfortable EVA handle, emblazoned with the Westin logo, offers a firm grip even in wet conditions, giving you complete control during those critical final moments of the fight. One of the standout innovations is the laser engraved measure on the handle, so you can measure your catch in seconds without needing extra tools. This allows for a quicker, less stressful release, getting the fish back into the water faster. For transport and storage, the double button locking system allows for fast and easy stow-away, making it compact and convenient for boat decks, bank walking, or car trunks.Prioritizing Fish Safety and WelfareAt the heart of the W3 CR is its commitment to the fish. The knotless rubber coated mesh is a revolutionary feature that protects the delicate fish mucus layer (slime coat) and minimizes stress and injury. This fish-friendly material also dramatically reduces hook tangles, a common frustration with traditional nets. The unique mesh pattern, with larger openings on the sides and a smaller mesh on the bottom, is engineered to cut through the water with less resistance, making it easier and faster to scoop your prize. The iconic Westin Viking Helmet is printed on the bottom of the net, a mark of quality and passion. For anglers targeting truly massive predators, the XL net model includes an ingenious feature. We also attached a cord in the XL net mesh which prevents the mesh from getting stuck or tangle. Just before netting the fish you simply release the cord and the mesh folds out and your new personal best is secured! This one-hand quick-release system (which is removable) ensures the full depth of the net is available exactly when you need it, preventing missed opportunities with trophy fish.
