KILLS ALGAE & MOULD GROWTH - Wethertex C10 helps to effectively prevent algae and mould growth and creates a clean surface. C10 Fungicidal Wash should be left for 24hrs to take effect and kill the growing moss and unseen spores. Dead growth should be removed by brushing with a steel brush or a suitable power washer. FAST-ACTING FORMULA & LONG TERM PROTECTION - This paint uses an advanced bioactive technology formula which allows for fast-acting performance when applied correctly PREPARATION INFORMATION - Organic growths may indicate consistently damp conditions and substandard direct sunlight. Sources of moisture should be identified and rectified to prevent recurrence. Condensation, rising damp, faulty plumbing or guttering, etc. should be considered as a possible source. Remove all loose and flaking material by cleaning the surface with a soft bristle brush. If possible, power wash the substrate with a suitable power washer.
