Whole Annatto Seeds (Achiote) 200g

A mild spice that frequents Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. Gives a rich vibrant red colour to dishes, often used to colour cheeses. Add seeds direct to dishes or infuse in water, strain and use the liquid to flavour/colour dishes. Ideal for stocks for paella, rice dishes and tandoori dishes. Supplied in a heat sealed vacuum bag.
