All the flavour of a fresh chilli, with a much longer shelf life! Due to its mild nature this is ideal for adding to dishes where a hot level of spice is not desired. Add to Indian, Mexican or Thai dishes to add a spicy flavour. Either use dried, rehydrate before use or crush and use in spice blends and pastes. Add the whole chillies to pickles, oils or dressings.
