Whole Dried Wiri Chillies 100g

These chillies range from 100,000 - 350,000 on the scoville scale. These are often described as 'cherry bombs' and although this pepper is small, it packs a punch, and should be used with caution. Try using these whole, rehydrated or dried, add them to add a kick of fruity heat. These can be crushed and used in spice blends or meat rubs, as well as sprinkling as a garnish. Pairs brilliantly with tomato based dishes, try in a sauce or soup!
