VIBRANT RUBY-RED BOTANICAL: Finely milled organic hibiscus flowers (roselle) grown in Egypt — deep crimson in colour with a naturally tart, cranberry-like sharpness. One ingredient only: organic hibiscus powder. BREW, BLEND OR BAKE: Steep 1–2 tsp in hot water for 5–7 minutes for a ruby infusion, served hot or over ice; whisk half a tsp into smoothies or yoghurt for a vivid pink hue; or colour cakes, icings and desserts naturally. HIGH FIBRE & HIGH IN IRON: Naturally high in fibre (33g per 100g) and high in iron, plus low in fat and sugars and a source of protein and vitamin C — all values per 100g of powder.
