HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Although most people associate semolina with pasta or couscous, it also creates a flavorful, chewy bread. Harcha (sometimes spelled Harsha) is a Semolina flour-based pan-fried bread. Beghrir, a soft Moroccan pancake, is another way to employ yellow Semolina.
