OUR STORY- Inspired by Manx folklore, particularly the Mermaid of Gob-ny-Ooyl- a fable of lost love, burgeoning obsessions, and lamentable wind-borne songs- The mermaid would bestow good luck & fortune on fishermen in exchange for apples or 'land eggs' TASTE NOTES- Exceptional in flavour and heritage, with notes of lime, grass, and white chocolate - complemented by a buttery finish with a hint of apple, making it a clean, fresh & fruity addition to your cocktails COCKTAILS- For a 'Mermaid Mojito' add chunks of pineapple, lime juice and demerara syrup to a tumbler & muddle - add 8 mint leaves and gently press before adding Windsong Rum-Stir with ice and pull ingredients to the top of the glass for a delicious drink!
