Winebuddy Chardonnay Wine Kit - 30 Bottles

This Chardonnay-style wine kit guides the user to produce 30 bottles of wine in about seven days. It includes essential components to start fermentation and refine the flavor, along with notes on how to adjust the batch if desired. The kit provides concentrated base, supporting nutrients and stabilisers, plus Oak chips and finings to influence character and clarity. A portion of sugar and basic brewing equipment is required to complete the batch.

Usage and notes

Ferments in 7 days and comes with full instructions. For customization, you may reduce water to around 20 litres to brew a shorter batch, or add grape or fruit juice concentrates to alter the flavor. Various adjuncts from other kits can be experimented with to influence character. Store and handle all components as directed in the instructions.
