ASA filament (1.75 mm or 2.85 mm) is a filament made in Spain for 3D printers with FFF/FDM technology. ASA is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, a thermoplastic developed as an alternative to ABS. ASA stands out for its high resistance to atmospheric agents in the open air, preserving brightness, colour and mechanical properties. It has good chemical and heat resistance, high gloss, good antistatic properties, it is durable and rigid. The ASA filament has a diameter of 1.75 mm and a 1000 g spool. General printing parameters: nozzle temperature (between 240 and 260 °C). Bed temperature from 70°C to 100°C. Simple to print and good adhesion between layers. The specified parameters are valid for properly calibrated printers (PID, mechanics and fuser). Controlled and tested manufacturing process (diameter, colour and coil) to ensure the quality of our product.
